108 GAYATRI MANTRA IN PRACTICE
In these 14 sessions, you will learn what karma is. First of all, what are the different karmas that exist in the yoga tradition, how they are often misinterpreted nowadays, what it has to do with birth, life, and death - and how you can really influence your karma or not. You will also learn how this can be combined with your practice. Each session includes a short meditation. You can always choose to come to the studio (register in the schedule) or via Livestream.
