THE BREATH IS THE MESSENGER BETWEEN BODY & MIND
Your breathing is a manifestation of the first and most meaningful connection to your life. So we can say breath is life. At the time of your death, your breathing stops slowly. It becomes a gentle wind that carries you through a portal into the «familiar unknown».
You will feel your progress in breathing through increased mental stability, as well as through reduced reactivity to the various irritations that everyday life brings with it. Through your constant practice, you will be able to experience this more and more.
BREATH IS ENERGY
By regularly practicing breathing exercises (Pranayama), you change the state of your mind while you are practicing. It leaves benevolent footprints in your mind and soul, which gradually change your life in a positive way.
Learn these breathing techniques with us with ease, attentiveness, and an open mind. We enable you to go through life harmoniously with your own body's wisdom about breathing from now on.
COURSE IN JANUARY 2024
In our Pranayama sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., you will learn the simple techniques to increase mental stability. Learn how to easily change the state of your mind. You choose whether you want to be in the studio or take part in our unique live stream.
