Meditation & Breathwork Workshop

Sunday, November 22, 2026
1.30 p.m. - 4.00 p.m. at the Studio

CULTIVATE INNER PEACE

What often stands in the way of inner peace? Fear. Grief. Anger. Jealousy. Doubt. These are fundamental human behaviours which Sri Vidya (the millennia-old, lived philosophy of the wise masters in the Himalayan mountains around Mount Kailash) methodically transforms. The fundamental frequency of human beings is love (5th dimension), yet being human comes with a whole host of other emotions. Transform fear, anger, grief, jealousy and doubt. Through this, attain greater inner calm and peace. The methods of breathwork (pranayama) and the special meditation ‘Tattwa Shuddhi’ – translated as ‘the Dark Man of Sin’ – which you will learn in this workshop are your tools for this.

This afternoon, I will teach you the practice of Tattwa Shuddhi and the associated pranayama. Before that, there will be an introduction to the topic:

  • What is Sri Vidya?

  • Key points of Pranayama/breathwork

  • Key points regarding Tattwa Shuddhi?

  • How can I then maintain inner peace for a longer period of time?

  • How and where is the best way to practise Tattwa Shuddhi?

Unfold your potential. Purify your consciousness and your body of old emotions that are holding you back – especially as the year draws to a close. Guide your mind into stillness. Allow yourself to regenerate and nurture your spiritual growth gently and sustainably. Every soul interested in their own personal development is invited to this workshop.

Love & Light,

Misty
