Holistic Movement is a way back into your body, into your breath, into your consciousness.
A space where you learn not only to move – but to feel. These sessions combine Tantric Hatha Yoga, mindful breathing (Pranayama), deep feeling through meditation, and healing deep relaxation in Enlightened Rest (Yoga Nidra).
Each practice serves a single purpose: to consciously direct your energy and regulate your nervous system so that your soul can dwell in your body.
