«Meditating with you is one of the most beautiful things – you find yourself, receive answers, find peace. Your love for nature and animals is noticeably deepened. After these sessions, I started meditating at home again – it's incredibly valuable for me and my daily studies.
The small groups are very personal. Meditating together to arrive and wind down means a lot to me.
You don't have to do anything – you can just come, sit down, drink tea, and nibble on snacks. It's so relieving to just be allowed to be there.»
