My Wish​

For many years now, I’ve been experimenting with all sorts of hair care products. Anyone who knows me personally knows that my gorgeous curls are a bit of a handful. Even as a child, I suffered from rashes on my scalp, and the chemicals recommended by GPs eventually left my hair completely damaged. I had to get a short haircut when I was 12. That was a disaster for me ;-). Since then, I’ve been exploring alternatives. Today, I make most of my hair care products myself at home.​

 

As more and more people have been suffering from skin and hair problems in recent years – partly due to environmental factors – it was my wish to do something about this.

The Tree

​

No. 3, the first product – pronounced ‘Number Three’ in English – reflects the tree and, by extension, the crown: your hair and mine. Hair is of great spiritual importance, as it acts as your finest antennae to the outside world. Caring for it is therefore essential. No. 3 is made from high-quality rosemary, tea tree and peppermint oils. Ethyl alcohol is used as a preservative. It is a natural product and can be used by anyone.​

• Peppermint oil and its menthol content boost blood circulation in the scalp, thereby promoting a better supply of nutrients to the hair follicles and supporting healthy hair growth. The antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties it maintains the scalp’s pH balance, normalises sebum production and alleviates skin problems such as itching. The latter is enhanced as tea tree also eases itching.

• Tea tree oil is particularly effective against dandruff, relieving and soothing an itchy scalp. For an oily scalp, it also has a mattifying and balancing effect. It helps prevent dandruff from developing.

• Rosemary oil nourishes and strengthens the scalp and hair structure. It supports strong hair growth and helps combat hair loss.

 

The brilliant thing is that if you keep your bottle, I’ll refill it for you, which reduces the energy exchange by 50 per cent. Holistic Essences can be combined with other hair products available from specialist retailers. The fee for my craftsmanship is CHF 28 per bottle, and you can only purchase it in the studio. I produce fresh batches to order and only keep a small stock in store. This allows me to conserve resources and avoid wasting precious raw materials.​​​​​​​​​​
