The Nature of the Mind

Touch your best version within you. Learn to meditate systematically and unfold positively, which gives you more joy, more vitality, and freedom in life. The nature of the mind is constant activity. We will show you how to direct energy through breathing to clear your consciousness and lead the mind into stillness.

 

For that, we will pick you up via the body and/or through breathing leading you into the present moment. 

The 3 Energy Centers

You have access to meditation. Sukham & Sthiram are present. That means you cultivate stability and calm in the body as well as in the mind. In our meditation sessions we focus on the three main energy centers of the body:

  • center of the forehead

  • heart center

  • abdominal center

Try this

Sit up straight in a chair. Legs hip-width apart and feet are on the floor. Put your hands on your stomach and let your breath flow into your hands. Stay like this for five minutes. Repeat this for 10 days straight and see what happens.

Der Morgen ist für mich der ideale Zeitpunkt zum Meditieren. Hier habe ich die wenigsten Störungen und es passt am besten in meinen Tagesplan. Ich geniesse und schätze die angeleitete Meditation am Mittwoch. Es ist eine Bereicherung und oftmals trifft es ein Thema das grad aktuell ist bei mir. Es fällt mir oft leichter im Moment zu bleiben, wenn diese angeleitet ist. Ebenfalls gefällt mir die Stimmung: in meinem Raum aber verbunden mit bekannten Gesichtern durch euren einmaligen Livestream.
