We will show you how to direct energy through breathing to clear your consciousness and lead the mind into stillness.
For that, we will pick you up via the body and/or through breathing leading you into the present moment.
The 3 Energy Centers
You have access to meditation. Sukham & Sthiram are present. That means you cultivate stability and calm in the body as well as in the mind. In our meditation sessions we focus on the three main energy centers of the body:

abdominal center
Try this
Sit up straight in a chair. Legs hip-width apart and feet are on the floor. Put your hands on your stomach and let your breath flow into your hands. Stay like this for five minutes. Repeat this for 10 days straight and see what happens.
