BREATH IS ENERGIE
Who guides you through the day? Yourself? Actually, it is your breathing, which – when it can flow freely – is hardly noticed. As soon as we want to consciously perceive our breath, a change occurs in the breathing pattern, because attention and energy follow each other. By breathing more consciously, you control your energy, which leaves its imprint on your life pattern.
Breathing is the vibrating link between body, mind, and soul; thus, it is of great importance on all these levels. What if you learned that you yourself can influence your state of mind with your breath through targeted practice and knowledge?

This course is an invitation to connect with your innermost core; your breath is your guide. Whether sitting, lying down, or standing, we experience the value of slowing down, of pausing. Perhaps you will experience abundance, happiness, and inner contentment right there: in the silence and awareness of your breath. Discover yourself by listening to your heart and allowing space for its and your development....
