A picture only ever captures a snapshot. This is also the case here. The best way to experience the studio's energy is with a trial lesson or a «get-to-know-you tea». Because we can't put that in here ;-)

Reiki

The Reiki area is carefully set up to create a feeling of lightness and well-being. Misty has used the necessary meditations and mantras to achieve this.

Reiki is a very effective method of deep relaxation. Perception is directed from the outside in.
