Regular exercise and a healthy diet have always been important to me. Even as a teenager, I started following an Ayurvedic diet and later went meat-free for a while. However, as a woman who does a lot of sport, iron (ferritin) is always a concern. So my body needs plenty of energy and essential nutrients.

 

Nowadays, the soil is often contaminated, the water is full of traces of medication and so on, and as a result, food contains far fewer nutrients and vitamins – not to mention glyphosate. I can feel this, and my blood test results reflected this fact. So I began my search for suitable supplements – preferably free from chemicals. That wasn’t easy at all. I researched and tried countless products. Some worked; others were a complete waste of time and money. Honestly!
