Movement, nature, and relaxation in the Prättigau. At Stelserhof you will find a place of closeness to nature, relaxation, and conscious being. A break from everyday life. Here you will find more inner peace and serenity. You can relax and gather strength. In the morning we start the day with an invigorating and strengthening Movement & Meditation Practice, in the evening there is an in-depth and regenerating session (Enlightened Rest / Resilience Practice). In between you will find enough time to pursue your practice outcome, enjoy long walks or just to be. You return to your everyday life relaxed and strengthened.

SEMINAR HOUSE AND SURROUNDINGS
The Stelserhof is located on a sun terrace above Schiers, far away from the usual mountain tourism. Here you will find warm hospitality and the necessary peace and seclusion for a retreat. The lovingly furnished single and double rooms impress with their simple elegance in the modern extension or with the homely pine wood atmosphere in the original Walser house. Meals at the Stelserhof stand for sustainable, fresh, and modern cuisine. All products are mainly sourced from the region. Vegan and or gluten-free meals are available at an additional cost.

We recommend that you travel by public transport via Landquart to Schiers. That's where you hop on the Postauto to «Hof da Planis», the station is directly in front of the hotel.

The package includes your accommodation in the corresponding room category, all vegetarian meals (brunch, dinner, snacks), herbal tea, dried fruits, and fruits throughout the day, and spring water with meals (incl. visitor's tax of CHF 3.00 per person/night). ENERGY BALANCING FOR ANGELICA & MISTY
We teach in pairs, which guarantees you a very personal and unique lesson. You can enjoy breathing exercises, meditation, movement, enlightened rest, and resilience for CHF 280.–. Mats, blankets, meditation cushions, and blocks are available on-site. But you are welcome to bring your own mat.

REGISTRATION
Your registration is valid with the deposit of CHF 150.– and will be offset against the energy balance. This must be paid in full by September 30, 2023. The flat rate for accommodation and meals will be settled directly at the hotel. Details for the deposit to Angelica & Misty you find here. The spaces are limited because we like it personally and want to really have time for you.

THE SMALL STUFF

You have to organize the journey there and back, as well as insurance. Cancellation is possible up to 8 weeks before the start, provided that your place can be given to others. After that, a voucher will be issued to you in the event of cancellation. You can use this within 12 months for our entire offer. The deposit is non-refundable. The general terms and conditions of the Stelserhof apply to the accommodation. We recommend that you make a travel insurance.
